Welcome to Scab Denim. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
Each garment is individually hand-sewn with care. As a handmade and often made-to-order business, minor variations in stitching or fabric are part of the unique nature of each piece.
2. Orders

Made-to-Order Items: Production time is typically 7–14 business days before shipping.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Commission Orders: Timelines vary based on the complexity of the design.

Bulk Orders: Production and delivery times are determined individually and confirmed before payment.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at checkout. Production begins only once payment has been received.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may already be underway and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
5. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are only considered after consultation with a Scab Denim employee.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please email scabdenim@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the product in question.

We ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Scab Denim is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.
If a package appears lost, please contact us at scabdenim@gmail.com so we can help initiate a claim with the carrier.
